Have received arrears notice today (now 2 months in arrears) and statement showing payments and charges.:(

    What next? Wait and see?
    Thankyou as always

Yep - just sit tight.... statements will continue, ideally you want them to sell the debt and default you - you knew this would happen anyway..... at which point it's easier to fight. Right now citi are playing daft sods - let them add charges and default you, it is still unenforceable ;)

    Hey NID
    Heres no 2:o

    My mums M&S card:
CCA request sent......M&S responded by sending someone elses' document by special delivery
Sent letter responding that they had failed to comply with request and had sent someone elses' document.
M&S responded by writing to ask mum to sign a confidentiality agreement and to return the document.... Ignored this!
CCA reminder letter sent....CCA retruned but forged document

    Hi NID number 4:j

This is an Argos card that was passed to Moorcroft....
    Sent CCA request... no response
CCA reminder ...Moorcroft wrote putting account on hold until they were able to obtain a CCA.
No response after 30 days sent CCA dispute letter
Received letter from Moorcroft with CCA attatched (nothing else).
I have cheekily scanned the agreement and emailed to you would you have a look and see what you think?:o
    Thankyou very much again:o

  • Hi NID not had chance to scan them in yet but received a photocopy of my loan agreement this morning from Barclaysloan. Its signed and everything with my signature and this one is for the big amount.

Thing is, this is registered as defaulted in May 2005 and I can't afford to pay it back anyway but where does this leave me now

That is awful - plus the bottom part is an addition, not part of the original - send this for now and see what they say: CCA Query

Thanks which version should I send?
