    Hi Maz

Just replied to you, via email. You need to check the original they sent you cos the page you just emailed me clearly shows the original reverse, i.e. "for your signature" - does that match page 1 that you sent in the past?

I'll be back later/tomorrow (using iPhone)....

Regardless of the answer, just send what I advised previously, either way it doesn't change anything.....;)

    Enjoy the sun everyone :beer::beer::beer:

Hiya niddy, its the same piece of paper they sent, firstly mailed you front and secondly the reverse, but please see my email reply for my thoughts, hence why i hesitated, but will be sending out the letter now today, cheers, maz

    Hi NiD

I was wondering if you could look over this

    http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/cejsmith/morganstanley/morganstanleybc.jpg

It came in the post today from moorcroft, the quality is pretty bad , but I'm sure you must have seen one before.

The funny thing is when I did a SAR of barclaycard( they took over this account) they provided plenty of paperwork but not this. DO you think they are looking abit harder now!!!

    Thanks

    Hey NID
    Heres no 2:o

    My mums M&S card:
CCA request sent......M&S responded by sending someone elses' document by special delivery
Sent letter responding that they had failed to comply with request and had sent someone elses' document.
M&S responded by writing to ask mum to sign a confidentiality agreement and to return the document.... Ignored this!
CCA reminder letter sent....CCA retruned but forged document
    Sent http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=32587217&postcount=2503

Today she has received a default notice threatening legal action
    Next move?
    Thankyou again :T:T

Ring them and find out why/when/what reason - they are quite easy to get removed but find out facts first before paniking (sp).....

That is awful - plus the bottom part is an addition, not part of the original - send this for now and see what they say: CCA Query

    Hi NID
    Number 3:D

Mums MBNA (Alliance & Leicester) card:

    CCA request sent
    CCA reminder sent
No response after 30 days so sent CCA dispute C & D
Still no CCA but MBNA have responded with threatening to outsource the debt to DCA.

Just wait and see if they sell it? then send out sold while in request of CCA?
Thankyou again...are your temples starting to throb?:o Mine are!:o
