Yes sure it is.... but you will get defaulted so if its your *only* account, don't waste your credit rating with it ;)

That's what i'd be sending if you've waited 30 days since the 12+2 days expired. :D

Hi, Please clarify as I am confused.

Do I send the - CCA Dispute letter after 30 days of sending the reminder letter

    or

Do i send the - CCA Dispute letter as it has been 12 +2 and the 30 days since I made the initial request which also includes the reminder during this time?

    Can someone let me know???

    thanks x

I answered you first time you asked - here: #1840

Send the letter below (click blue text)
    4. CCA Dispute / s.10 Cease & Desist
This is the letter you send if the CCA has not arrived, usually 30 days after the CCA Reminder letter was sent - also a s.10 Cease & Desist letter (s.10 / DPA1998).

    Hi there NID

I hate to mither you but wondered if youd seen my post no 1945 today and if you had any advice on this.

I realise it was only this morning and do appreciate that you are very very busy but as it was a couple of pages ago think perhaps it could be easily missed in the many many responses you have had to compile today.

    Excuse my cheekiness!:o
    Many thanks

NID - I did think that but was somewhat concerned about the fact that we are already paying Robinson Way for this debt and have been for some time. Do I also need to be sending a CCA req to Rob Way now then?

Also dont like the fact the the balance owed changes every time some correspondance comes through!

They seem to try to intentionally confuse matters at each turn!

    Just a short question:
CCA request sent -> no reply
    Reminder sent -> no reply
It's time to send 'CCA dispute/s.10' letter as per flowchart #4
When (if any) 'Final Response - No CCA received' #29 should be fired off?
