Already explained in my most recent post above mate ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

So where do I stand with the Halifax?

I wrote to them asking for my CCA and they replied with a reconstituted agreement with my signature and date on it that looks like it's been lifted from the original application.

In fact in their cover letter they say...

I have enclosed with this letter a copy of your reconstituted version of the executed agreement comprising both the original and current terms and conditions and a copy of your original signed application form together with a signed statement of the account.

Now that reads to me as if they admit they got the signature from my application form, is that right or am I reading that wrong?

I sent back an edited version of template 3.3 asking to see the original, where do you think I stand with this?
  • Calm down, i'll sort it for you ok. Just wait and see what they send back. I didn't mean to freak you out, but you do need to pay ultra attention and anything you're unsure of - ask me, please? that's why i'm here and I am here, daily - most the day.

Just calm down and don't worry. Its fixable. :D:D

Thanks Niddy, got to admit I am totally freaking now. Just been to have a quick look at the Egg one (that's the only one I've received so far even though I sent off on 25th March for all of them) and to be fair to Egg I actually think that the signature on the agreement was probably the original signature as the date is written in what looks like my handwriting. (I write my 'e' strangely and it's an 'e' like I do it in the Feb of the date). Defo need to get it to you.

Will try to sort it tonight but so need a kip before the baby gets back from Nana's as there will be no chance of sleep then at all.
