Unenforceability & Template Letters III

This is my first post although I have been reading all the advice given here for a few weeks. ....and what fantastic advise it all is. I dont think I have ever seen support and advise offered for free that makes such a difference to people - like it is here!
Following what we have read here and thinking about the dire state of our debts we sent 3 x CCA requests off to Capquest on 18th March. Having not received anything back at Easter we then sent the CCA Reminder letter template off.
Today I have received a reply from Capquest with a photocopied document which they say provides what we are looking for and asking us to pay up. The document they have sent appears to consist of three different documents which have been placed together and photocopied. The top section just has our name and address, the middle section is from the application form but only shows(in my partners writing) his date of birth, tel no, tick boxes for employment details and that we didnt want the payment protection and then the bottom section is the few paragraphs of Credit Agreement regulated by the consumer credit act 1974 which details how they determine through credit scoring and information and marketing etc. There is then a box for their signature which apears to be a stamp signature which has been stamped over the paragraph above (so you cant read it) and then a box for my partners signature and the date Jun 02.
And thats it!
I thought it had to have credit limit and terms and conditions etc.....does this mean that this may be unenforceable? Do I send the CCA Query letter now?
I also thought it was weird that this letter was received for the smaller amount of £570 when the other two debts are £10K+ I would have thought they would have jumped on the higher debts first. Any help would be very gratefully received.

Hi Niddy
Just wondered if you had a chance to look at the PM I sent you about the BOS letter I received. Sorry it was such a mess but have managed to sort out the scanner now. Will I just leave this and wait for a reply to last letter I sent?

Hi again NID, more bank bashing information needed if you please......:A:A
My dad has had a letter from CITI re his credit card today, I think the reason that it was sent to him is that my mum sent for her CITI card CCA with the template letter a few weeks ago, she is now waiting on the reminder letter (30days). No sign of an agreement.
my dads letter states:
We have recently announced an agreement to transfer the ownership of some of our CITI CC accounts, including your account, to CC Asset Management ltd(CCAM).
We will advise you when your account is transferred. Until that transfer takes place, we will continue to service your account, but will do so on behalf of CCAM and in accordance with CCAM's instructions.
We would like to make you aware that CCAM is now resonsible (as data controller) for the personal information contained in the records relating to your account.
Under the terms of CCAM ltd's agreement with us, they will have the right to request that certain changes are made to your account and/or the related consumer credit agreement. Should CCAM require any alteration to your account you will be notified in accordance with the terms of the credit card agreement prior to any changes being made.....
The letter contains some FAQ's on the back.
Has this letter been sent to my dad as a bit of a threat as they know my mum may be on to them? My dad was not thinking of looking at unenforcibility as he thinks it is a myth (all the posts on this site are changing his opinion) but I think this letter may have just tipped the scales in the consumers favour. What is your view?? And has anyone else had a letter like this from CITI?:D:D:D

Have a letter from both Albion collections and Power 2 contact both DCA's chasing the same Halifax card account. I have written to halifax for the CCA and also sent the reminder. Should I ring Albion and P2C to let them know?0

No! You never ring anyone!
You send the following letter (to both DCA's), with a copy of your "chaser" letter that you said you sent to HBOS....
