Hi mate again, (sorry I know it's your first day back after a long weekend), :D

Re my MBNA account. It's been with DCRI (Debt Clear Recoveries & Investigations Ltd) for around 10 months. I sent the CCA request, follow up request and final response to them at the address immediately below.

    DCRI
    PO Box 595
    Manchester
    M60 5AR

    However, their registered office is

    Trinity House
    16 John Dalton St
    Manchester
    M60 8HS

All my letters have been signed for, hence me continuing to send them to the same address, however I have never had anything sent to me in recognition of my request. Not a fabricated agreement, no application form pretending to be CCA, nada.

They do still send me monthly letters offering me lovely DMP's and early settlements, but frankly I don't wish to pay them a penny. Hence my original request for my CCA.

Do I need to do anything mate???

Sorry I do tell some to send the reminder and others not to - its so the same letters don't keep appearing as well as other things. If I previously said not to, and its now been a month then send the CCA Dispute letter (step 4) yes.

    Sorry for the confusion. ;)

Hi matey fire this and send a copy to both addresses - :rotfl: :rotfl:
    Dear Sirs,

    Account No: XXXXXXXX

I refer to previous correspondence regarding the above numbered account, and your lack of diligence in dealing with my formal requests.

This is now my last warning to you, I have sent you several letters to date - telling you this alleged account is unenforceable until you can provide me an original photocopy of the alleged signed agreement. To date you have failed to comply with my statutory request and have defaulted in respect of this account. Additionally this alleged agreement is unenforceable until such time as you come out of default or enforced by a court of law. It is a further offence to attempt to enforce this alleged agreement until such time as your default is revoked.

Consequently no offers of repayment will be forthcoming until such time as this matter is resolved. It is also my intention to report this matter to the appropriate enforcement authorities.

    I await your prompt response.

    Yours faithfully
