You have highlited most of the problems.
Make sure you keep copies of everything in case you get hit by bills from Vodafone or the Insurance and Gadgetline etc just to be on the safe side.

I hope that someone shows this thread - and particularly jarvester's last comprehensive post - to the directors of mobiles.co.uk and CPW.
There is clearly a lack of training, customer service, joined-up management, knowledge of DSR and internal communication within this company. I think most people - well maybe apart from MJ - can see that Ben is trying to placate customers and that his words say the right things - even sometimes his intervention at head Office, though, regrettably, frequently not actually coming to fruition..
However, the rest of the back up team seem to be from a different planet - as well as the author of the website whose contradictory web statements about cashback repayment timescales seem to be a bit haphazard.
It is such a pity that the good deals that attract people to the company are overshadowed by appalling customer service with what appears to be a bad attitude completely undoing the good PR of Ben."However, when I mentioned to her on the phone if she knew something about the compensation thatt Ben had offered without me asking, she was plain rude, saying that they would not charge me for anything and that was enough compensation in her book "
If mobiles.co.uk would like some external consultancy help to identify the Customer Service element shortcomings and have an internal review done, then please feel free to contact me! I could probably add another 3 names to the list who would be willing to help as well!!!0
