Have just been to see Nanny today. She seems settled enough in her new home and the staff are lovely. She still not eating or drinking, and we've been told they cant force her obviously. She's slowly starving. But there is nothing they can do. She cant be on an iv for the rest of her life, she keeps pulling them out! She has a lovely room and they do quite a lot with them so they're not sat around watching telly all day.
I just wish she'd recognise food again.....:( Although she did recognise me as her granddaughter
Have decided to go self employed again as the business needs to get rid of the PAYE liability. But this means that I should get a little more money which is goodOn holiday countdown now 18 days a counting :rotfl:

Ah this is our first break since last June, as DansDad is self employed (as will I be again shortly) he cannot afford to have too much time off! BUT its on a budget, 6 nights on a smashing caravan park in Devon, £102 for me him and the Long Suffering Dawg
When we're down there we spend a lot of time on the moors ambling around which costs nowt! HOWEVER I insist on a cream tea a day so that costs pounds and pounds
Now Atlantic Energy have finally agreed to refund me the whole of my credit balance as I asked and not part of it like they wanted, although they want to know all about me and DansDad and our house etc as they reckon my electric usage is lower than a single person. D'ya reckon they think that I'm lying?????? I await a person at the door with a reader in the next few days!! So with part of that money burning a whole in my bank account, I've paid another £50 off the CC and popped £100 into the spends account. I'll see whats due out of the other account before I chuck anything else off the mortgage.
Have spent £33 today in Sainsbergs taking my newly posted bonus points coupons to be told that they're not valid yet. I kicked up a fuss at the customer service desk and got the points onThey shouldnt have posted them if they were'nt in use yet!!

Have started my Christmas Shopping!!! :xmastree::xmassign::santa2: Hooray! Have my aunt wrapped up now and a couple of bits for Mum and DansDad...
On the flip side - am probably going to part with the delectable WillieHe's not really practical and far too nice to drive in wellies especially on a morning like today! The boys were NOT impressed! So we'll go and have a scout round for a cheapy 4x4 after we get back from holiday (1 week and 5 days) (am not counting)
Bought one of my pudgy cats a laser pen at the local market yesterday. Typical cats though. 2 of them loved it racing around, they'll be able to join the weight loss thread in their own right soon, but the other two decided to treat this new game with the same contempt they do catnip....
Hoping to make an OP this week! That'll be a first for a while. Had the bank write to me asking how I was going to make up my 'plan' which is apparently £6k behind!:eek: Hang on I started end Feb @ £55500 now at £52900 6 months later are they still not happy?MFW 2011 No. 161 £946.54/£2000 TargetApril 9/15March 14/15
