in Water bills
Hi all,
I imagine this sort of things comes up quite a bit with various bills but I did a search and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.
Water bill just come through for the year - £466 but can pay in instalments of 6 months (Apr-Oct, Oct-Apr). Our tenancy is due up in June / Jan of the year though, but as the bill is due upfront is it something negotiated with the water company when you leave for a rebate or the landlord?
I imagine it's just a simple answer - but literally can't find it anywhere!

You will need to either pay the lot upfront, or pay in instalments, and anything you have overpaid when you move out will be refunded or credited to your new account elsewhere. HTH0
