I have just had dial a phone call me and they are saying that there has been a problem with the online system and none of the O2 100 tariff orders will be honoured as its an error........ sorry to be the barer of bad news x

Dial a phone dont always ring to cancel, amend or duble check an order, you will usuaslly find a message in your account inbox asking you to ring them.

Not sure what you mean by proof???........... i received a phone call this afternoon to inform me that the order i placed this morning for a Samsung Tocco light and a Samsung Genio both on the 02 100 deal at £15 per month had been cancelled as the price inc the cashback was an internet mistake and not the actual price..................... My online account states that the order has been cancelled ............ not sure what else to say x

If you check the actual terms and conditions on the site, they have a clause to stop such errors making them losses (in short they can decline an order). Going to be one hell of a lot of disappointed people on Monday :D:D.

Hi,
I was going to order the Samsung Genio On o2 100 with a free Wii and £270 cashback. Does this mean that if I order it they're going to tell me it's incorrect and make me pay more?
