"let us know and we can send them our collection letter.By the way I have taken a screen grab of the site and forwarded it to the OFT.
i have also saved a web archive of this site, not just screen shots, should anyone require it. nice one.
to little divaz uk, as i'm sure you're reading this thread:
the correct response to the complaints raised in this thread, would have been to:
1) suspend your web site, review and remove any copyrighted material
2) suspend taking any new party bookings and conduct an immediate review of your business.
3) contact your disgruntled customers and offer an apology and explanation for your actions. and where appropriate, a full or partial refund.
4) issue a statement on your new, improved web site, to apologise for your conduct and offer assurances that these matters will be addressed and resolved immediately.
5) if you can't do any of this, you shouldn't be in business and your empire will crumble.0 -
the website doesn't seem to be working anymore?
and for the lady who has now been left in the lurch for her daughters party, it might be a good idea to go onto your local netmums site - I am sure that the other mums in your area will be able to recommend someone. I hope you get something sorted.0 -

From Little Divaz:
"
As of Sunday 7th March 2010, Little Divaz UK voluntarily ceased trading and has notified all necessary departments of HMRC, VAT & TAX Departments and will no longer continue to provide services of any kind under the name Little Divaz UK.
After forums were set up on the website money saving expert.com we have decided that the name of the company has been destroyed and will no longer trade in the way that it used to.
Congratulations forum members, you have succeeded!"I'm now a retired teacher... hooray ...:j
Those who can do, those who can't, come to me for lessons:cool:0 -
I have to say, I'm completely baffled by all this. The girl has put sooo much effort into creating all these websites and employing people. Why didn't she just put a bit more effort into actually doing the parties. She must be onto a good thing with all the people who are saying she let them down. So she could have a really successful business now.
I am trying my hand at my own little business and the work that it takes to set everything up is huge. I wouldn't dream of going to all that trouble if I didn't intend to go on to run the business. And if I had the number of customers that she seems to have had (when she isn't even fulfilling her promises), I would be jumping up and down in glee.
Totally baffled!:jI shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.0 -
jack the message should be the first thing you see on littledivaz.co.uk0
