Left Vodafone?Not rec'd a final bill?Act quickly!

There is an error on the billing system,if you request a PAC code before the end of your contract all billing suddenly ceases. Beware, the cycle continues and no further invoices are raised. I had this situation - called up to ask for the final bill and got told I owed nothing-I knew I owed something so wrote in asking for a final bill, I was sent a statement with no options for payment on the statement was the amount I owed along with 30 days interest and non-payment charges,I called up once saying I'd received a staement and I'd like to settle the account in full, customer services on 191 were bemused ,the statement did'nt show on their system.

I had to photocopy the letter and send it before a final bill arrived.

Imagine if I'd left it thinking I'd gotten away without paying!
