I am with Tiscali/TalkTalk for my Internet Broadband, TalkTalk for my calls and BT for my line rental and am in the process of changing all three to TalkTalk. Will I need a MAC code from Tiscali/TalkTalk to change or will they do it automatically?

No, because you are not moving your broadband.
All you are moving is your line rental. A MAC is solely for migrating your broadband.No free lunch, and no free laptop
