Nationwide online banking ........

Anyone else have trouble with accounts disappearing then reappearing?

I have seven accounts with NW. The other day two fixed rate bonds were not visible via online banking. I complained and got a B... S... standard reply about new accounts may take a few days to show etc. I should sent them a form and they would investigate.

Then those accounts reappeared online:wall:

These are not new accounts and I do not understand why they were there one day, not the next and back the day after. I have requested a better response to my complaint.

There is £20,000 in these accounts and I am a little concerned at their chevalier attitude to my money.

I think you would be a little concerned, if it was your money.

I have a FR bond also & i know you get a certificate with these accounts detailing the info.

If my account went missing, i wouldn't be too bothered so long as i still had the certificate as proof.

If it went missing for days & days on end & never came back, then that's when i'd start getting concerned & in touch.
  • it would take me a few days to get a little concerned, but it wouldnt really amount to any more than that. cos if i had that much in accounts i'd make sure i had all the paperwork to go along with it :D cant exactly lose an account then can they.....
