Need quick reply for question about cancelling BT broadband

Hi,

I want to switch to 02 from BT broadband and need to give 14 days notice.

If I give notice today, and get my mac code today, will it be ok to then go online to place order for 02 via cashback site today so that I can get the 70 pounds cashback befor the 28th Feb deadline?

Or do I have to wait the 14 days before I can apply to 02?

think you should be able to just change today but you might have to pay both for awhile? (amonth)

You can order 02 prior to obtaining your MAC-you just contact them a few days later once you have it.

I just called for my mac code before I saw your post, Macman. Ah well. I just hope the 02 b/band is worth the change. It sound great value and the cashback too. Only used a cashback site once before so I'm hoping I don't mess up with that. It worked last time though, so should be ok.

As long as you have signed up for O2 LLU (not the dreadful O2 Access) you will be very happy with it.
