Probably a stupid question but...
I always used the 'view last 200 posts' facility on the old board. This gave the full text of recent posts and you could click through to interesting threads.
Can't see how to do this on the new system. Can anyone tell me how to?
Thanks Sobraon

There's a "New Posts" menu option in the box above, just under where it says (assuming you're logged in) "Welcome, Sobraon, you last visited ..." etc .
Not sure how many it brings back but when I had a quick look there were several pages.0 -

it isn't there anymore but there is a 'new posts' on the bar at the top between calendar and search .....that will show you all new posts
when you want to clear it go to 'quick links' next to search and click ,second on list is 'mark forums read' click that and when you go to new posts you will only see new ones after that point in time0 -
I have just asked this question on the techie board.
Am I right in assuming that I cannot read each individual post now via a search? only the thread title?0 -

That's what I've been looking for too. So you can read all the topics on one page? Has it gone?
I miss seeing the different topics
Nice site (had to say that or might be accused of whinging lol)0 -

That's the one trafalgar. The one where you could see on one page a post about money saving old style, and a freebie, then a money advice, then a grab it etc etc .

'new posts' on the top bar between calendar and search is the equivalent ,it will list all the posts you haven't seen unfortunatey you have to click each one to read it .............once read , the thread title will lighten so you know you've read that one:)
It's not like the old one where you could just read post after post I miss that one too0 -
Thanks trafalgar
I'll be lost, especially without the mail alerts too. I'll have to put something in my sig like "sorry if I don't reply. I'm old, forgetful, and the money savers have taken away my reminders"
But at least I know now.0 -
