It still sounds bad if you ask me Ames....but I guess you'd be too scared of eating anything high fat just in case....
Maybe that's how it works.....you avoid all fat just incase. I think gall stones work the same way!

That's the idea Elfen, at least for me, that it'll make me avoid stuff rather than physically help me lose weight. It doesn't sound good, but I'm running out of ideas. I also need to do more exercise, but I'm terrified of losing my benefits if I do. I'd have to be dosed up on painkillers and spend ages recovering afterwards, so I'd still qualify, but they're a law unto themselves. And I'm only talking about walking a couple of hundred yards!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Ames, could you use the band things? I know they sell them in different resistances in TK Maxx and you can use them for stretching and it shouldn't hurt too much.** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

What about those cycle things that you can use sat in your armchair...I know it seems silly but at least you are moving and would make a bit of difference. Can you swim? Would that be something that you can do Ames?I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
