    Elfen, yeah it's that kind of thing. I tried them before when I was still living with dad and he was a pie and chips kinda guy... not good! The idea is that it'll force me to avoid bad foods, and so comfort eating wont be so comfortable! From last time it wasn't all the time though, just when you went anyway it was messy. Trying not to be too graphic!

    No - it's fine to ask. Why is it that I long for a night in and then when it happens I'm unable to relax and enjoy it? Mad.

    Need to decide whether to sell the house in the next couple of weeks. Would really like to remortgage but not convinced that it can happen.

    It still sounds bad if you ask me Ames....but I guess you'd be too scared of eating anything high fat just in case....
