    Bookie, I would love to help but am an underwriter rather than a mortgage advisor. I know all about the technical side, and about mortgage assessments, but not a huge amount about what mortgages are available.

    Happy to help if I can though and you are more than welcome to ask me anything - I can probably find out, even if I don't know immediately.
