Sally - do you get your mince from the butchers? Mine does locally produced lean steak mince for the same price as the value pack in a supermarket.....I buy £5 worth and then bag it in the freezer in 8 small portions - bulked out with veg and mixed beans etc it goes a long way.
Tesco have just sent me a "you've not ordered for a while have £7.50 off a £75 shop" voucher......going to get creative and do a big shop of all the boring stuff to last the month and then just stock up on the fresh bits as and when....can't say no to code like that but don't spend £75 a week!"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. And no Claire - crochet needs 2 hands, one to hold the hook and one to wrap the wool. Worth a go tho if you've got some wool and can pick up a hook from somewhere - plenty of online tutorials."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0
