    roast off some veg (see my earlier post) and either pork chops or chicken legs. Sorted. 2 pots to wash up (only one if you put meat on top of veg but then veg won't be crispy...)

    I'm going to make a chilli for DH and I - a super dooper flaming hot one with lashings of sour cream and cheese on top.

    DD's cook for themselves on a Friday night if they don't want what we're having.

    Been crocheting all afternoon and my hands are sore now, would love to go to bed for an hour but it would only put my sleep out tonight.
