Yesterday i had to wipe my comp clean loosing everything,including my BT broadband.Phoned BT call center in India they checked everything as my daughters lap top was still connected to the hub it was a prob with mine.BT managed to access my comp and she spent nearly 1 hour sorting out my wireless connection.(nothing to do with the BT hub)In the end she fixed it and now all is well.I wonder if a british call center would have gone that little bit further to help me with a prob which was not theres.i doubt it.
