yeah, mine goes through to the secure site bit and i enter my password there. Maybe try ringing your bank and seeing if they know whats causing the problem. Hope you get it sorted and get yourself some goodies ordered x

Oh dear I hope they have rectified the problems people had at Christmas where the orders were declined yet the money was showing as taken from their card :shocked:

Me too! I never have this problem anywhere else, only on the bodyshop website. I remember the last time I placed an order and it happened - I was so worried :eek::eek:

May try again in abit, wanted the body wash that was out of stock yesterday but think it's now out of stock again :rotfl:

I will keep an eye on credit card statement as my 2nd order yesterday didnt ask for my Halifax Secure password, the screen just didnt come up and said order was declined. I came off internet and went back on, and everything was still in my basket so ordered again this time password screen came up and order was successful. Will have to make sure dont get charged twice I suppose. Thanks for pointing out Savvybunny.
