  • ok OP same kinda thing happened to me, phone them up tell them you did send but obviously has been lost i post ask them if they could send another one out, and ask if they could reinstate your benefit when recieved you may have to ask them to ask the DM for this approval, if they say yes then when you hand the next one in and they recieve it at their offices they will reinstate and back date the missing payment.

    Always send such forms by recorded delivery and keep the slips saying that the blame is not on you should the form go missing it's either to Post Office or the Benefit Office which sometimes in both places a monkey can do a better job. Did you make a copy of your filled IB form? If you have you can send it to the benefit office but make sure you make a copy of that aswell.

    again no, this time i will be sending it by recorded delivery. aswell as making a copy of it. Not happy about having to fill it all in again
