PAYG Phone not used for a while, now says subscription problem
We have an old mobile, PAYG on TMobile but it hasn't been used for a few months; it has charged up ok but it has said "subscription problem" and won't receive calls (from landline it said it couldn't connect it) and it won't receive a text. What do we need to do? Thanks.

What kind of phone is it Fran, is it unlocked that you could try another simcard in it?0

It's a Sagem MW3020.
If it's not been used does it get locked? It doesn't say it is, but would it?Torgwen.....................

Not sure if it's the same thing but when a friend gave me her old phone & sim card on Vodafone payg, it hadn't been used for a while & had to be re- registered with vodafone as they had 'disconnected it' as it hadn't been used for over 6 months. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Sagem can't be unlocked just by code then, I was hoping it was a Nokia.
You would need to get in touch with Tmobile to re-register the sim I think0 -
Thanks for the replies, I phoned TMobile and it gets disconnected after non use, they mentioned that they have an offer on their website - £2 for a TMobile PAYG sim card, so have ordered one. Definitely the cheapest way out of this one, a new number but that's not important.Torgwen..........
