tesco internet phone help needed?

i picked up a leaflet in tesco about internet phone
as far as i can understand leaflet ,

i buy a phone for me in the UK ,a phone for my daughter in USA and a phone for my daughter in NEW ZEALAND

then we all connect tesco internet phones to our computers and we can all talk FREE to each other

is this correct as i do not want to buy 3 phones send 1 to usa and 1 to new zealand if they will not work from there
on leaflet it says you will be given a new UK TELEPHONE NUMBER SPECIFIC TO YOUR TESCO INTERNET PHONE ACCOUNT

if they live abroad what happens as they will not be given a UK TELEPHONE NUMBER WILL THEY

sorry but i am a bit thick in understanding how the tesco internet phone will work,hope someone can help
