hey everyone, i have found my PERFECT dress - the only downside is the hefty price tag!! What do i do - its the new collection out this spring - do i wait until next year and see if it comes down in price (its currently 1675!!) or do i risk it with a china ebay seller for £105. Im at a loss to know what to do - i have over 18 months before the wedding so its not like if it comes and its rubbish i wont be able to get another one. What do you think?? Ive asked a few people and they have given me mixed responses. Ive tried looking on ebay for a second hand one along with preloved etc and can only find one which is £1500!! can any of you lovely people give me your opinion.

I feel like I've seen one at New Look or Peacocks, but can't find it.

Want to try it out, and £10 seems a bit overpriced, especially as I can't take it back if it's not right.

RainbowDrops - I'm sure I saw something similar in New Look today but can't find it online. Debenhams currently have a sale on with lots of jewellery reduced too and I think I saw something like that there too - might have been one flower though rather than three.

My turn now - this is my wedding dress (or something very close!) and it has a crystal and bead trim around the waist - but they are all silver and, because the dress was a sample, the trim is looking tatty. It is possible to take the whole trim off and I want to do so and replace it with something gold or with gold in it! But I can't find ANY nice gold ribbons, trims or laces anywhere online.

Has anyone else done this or does anyone have any advice or can point me in the right direction? I live near Cambridge so can visit shops/warehouses if necessary. Can also do Manchester - drag my mum with me!

with a little glue and glitter you can add the decoration yourself you much less
