    Hey everyone!!!! congrats to all on losing in feb:T

    Dragon please sign me up for march -WI day today and havent lost or gained so - total loss for feb was 2lbs....didnt reach my target but hey i lost not gained :o. March target is 5lbs....i CAN DO THIS....i WILL do this!!!:D

    Can I join you please? I am a member of the WW thread as well but am trying to convert my regime so that I follow calories as I find that even though I've lost a substantial amount of weight since Jan (10% of my start weight) and WW clearly works for me I don't feel as though I'm educating myself about food choices. Want to get to grips with this as we go away in three weeks and I don't want to pile the pounds back on. I'd love to lose the 7lbs before we go.

    I am also, incidentially, taking Alli which has been prescribed by my GP.
    Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

    Well morning lovelies
    Back again; brand new thread, new month and two months until the charity ball orgainsed by the OH's mum so best get a move on!! Started well; got up and had a healthy brekkie, snacks have been some sunflower seeds and a yoghurt. Got a new exercise dvd over the weekend so I'll be boogieing (sp?) away later while the OH goes and does my avon book drop for me :D I still can't go very far and I certainly can't carry books on crutches with my hand in a splint so he'll get a bit of exercise as well later :D
