Best Non-touchscreen mobile
Hi , girlfriends phone is up for upgrade , but she does not want a touchscreen phone . She hates my Iphone and my HTC hero , and wants a phone with a proper Keyboard.
I assume shes looking at a Blackberry as the best option. But are there any other Keypad Smarthphones available or due she should look at? Prefereably on orange so no network chagne is involved although she could if need be.
Thanks

What about a combo? Keypad and touchscreen?
If so, the Motorola Milestone is top notch.0 -
I have a Nokia E71 on Three and am very happy with it. Orange do it too I believe.0

Not a smartphone but the Sony W995 is a fantastic phone. Does everything very well indeed.Sigless0

I would say a blackberry would be the best for her0

I have to admit that in a completely vacuous way I like the new Samsung Genio Slide which is a touchscreen and QWERTY keyboard, purely because it's quite pretty in red and silver, but it isn't actually that bad a phone. It is only on Vodafone as far as I know but you can of course get it unlocked."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0

I have a Nokia E71 (orange) , and find it good
If you are a new customer T-Mobile are chucking these on a good deal. When the Orange / T-Mobile merger goes ahead I have been told they will be network sharing from the start, so there will be very few coverage issues (aka t-mobile)baldly going on...0 -
I have the Nokia E72 which I think is the next model up from the E71, I'm quite happy with it as well. I think it has everything a phone could have (internet, gps, camera, etc.) and has a qwerty keyboard.0
