XDA IIi screen dead, long live...?
My company-contract XDA has finally given up the ghost a bit too prematurely. Screen and PC/Charger connector need replacing if I go for a repair.
I was thinking of getting an iPhone 4G when they come out and didn't want to be tied into a 3GS for 24 months (minimum contract on the company deal + £270 for the phone + approx £25pm).
Or maybe a WinMo/Android - however you can never get to try one of those out in any of the shops.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a cheap PAYG unlocked phone that will tide me over for the next few months and take my company O2 SIM?
Some wordprocessing (or notes), email and browsing would be nice.
Failing that, I guess a Tesco's 12 month 3GS might be an option.
