Had a similar problem a while back, my PC crashed just when I got to the print ticket stage, and then wouldn't let me do the process again as it said I already had tickets -BUT, Seefilmfirst send out an e-mail to the e-mail address you are registered with, to confirm your free ticket and which 'reminds' you about the date and time of your free viewing, plus has a link to let you print out the ticket again.
Just checked back and this is a copy of the e-mail I got sent - think it should be on the day you originally got your on line allocation.

Subject:-"SeeFilmFirst Ticket Confirmation of Film: My Super Ex Girlfriend"

"Hello The Old Bag
You have applied for tickets to see My Super Ex Girlfriend
On 02 August 2006 at 6:00 PM
You should have already printed your ticket, or chosen to receive a text message.
However if you have misplaced your ticket, you can get it again by clicking below.
Show Printed Ticket
Please note this e-mail is not valid as a ticket, so you must take one along to see the film.

Or you can text FILM xxxxxxxx to yyyyyyy to receive a text ticket. Please note this costs 25p plus your usual network rate.

So, if you haven't yet followed fatboyonadiets advice and e-mailed them, check you inbox first to see if they sent you the confirmation.

you shoul get an e-mail with the ticket in, and you can link through with this as often as needed
