    No they brought it in just before the first Spiderman if i'm right. That's why loads of films are now 12a. So kids can see it but gotta be with an adult.

    I think LOTR was 12a but had a warning of not suitable to anyone below 6/7.

    Well my mum took my newphew to see Car and he LOVED it!!! Apparently I've got a racey car too! lol

    I went to see Cars last night with the free tickets. I turned up at the cinema at 6.20 and the film was due to start at 7pm. When we got there we were turned away and told that the screening was full. They then changed their minds and let 24 more people in. This just goes to show that more people than planned obviously turned up for the showing as it was full over half an hour before the start. There must have been lots of dissappointed people with genuine tickets who could not get in.

    There ought to be a tighter control on it!!!!!

    I have been to 6 film first screenings over the last 4 or 5 months. Previously I have never been asked for ID, but I have for the last 2 screenings,. I have noticed that the screenings are getting fuller too, so presumably this is the reason why.

    i went last night for a 6.30 start and they cinema was pretty packed but no where near full.

    I called the number and the automated voice told me ??!?! my nearest VUE cinemas were Star city Birmingham or Northampton not sure of any others though:confused:
