Ok so received the 2 phones a couple of days ago. One of the boxes was open and then sim was in the phone. Emailed dial a phone about it and said they couldn't garantee it wouldn't happen again as it was a quality control excerise. Does anyone know if the crdeit is on the sim?,just i though the credit would come as an air time voucher.
I ordered two phones which the seal was broken on both. Both sim cards were inserted with £10 credit on them.I wouldn't worry about it.Some people are having problems when the sim isn't inserted and more then likely haven't got credit on.On another forum some people have waited for a month for the credit to be added with no joy.
No it won't come as a voucher. So what i'm saying is i bet the one with the seal broken has airtime credit.
    Don't worry.

I received my phone today, although it was scheduled for Monday, RM Special Delivery usually deliver anything posted on Friday, for Saturday, but don't guarantee Saturday.

There was a letter saying "To make life easier for you, the airtime you purchased with mobile phone has been activated ready for you to use today. To ensure your phone is connected, we have called your chosen network from your phone at a maximum cost of £0.30 dependent upon your chosen network."

To me, it implies that they topped up the credit and checked before sending the phone and sim out to me, but there was no credit on the sim card, so not sure if there's a delay in topping up, seeing as I wasn't due the phone till Monday, or whether I should ask them about it.

    Translation:

To ensure we get our commission from the network, in case you were to decide to discard the included SIM and use your own, we have opened the box of your product with our grubby little fingers, fiddled with the handset, inserted the SIM and made a call using your money. Enjoy your now second hand phone and thanks for the 30p.
