Wessex Water - do we only pay water rates for 10 months of the year??
I have noticed our direct debits payments as shown on our forthcoming years bill which arrived today are spread out over only 10 months. I've never noticed this before. I paid for February and it shows payments to start in May, so are March & April 'payment free'?

Yes, that's correct. It seems to vary by water company - some are calculated over 10 months some over 12 - and March/April are WW's 'free' months.0
