I went to "saynoto0870" and got a 01733 nuber, but all they do i skeep putting me thru to the wrong department.

Can anyone's who's gone thru thi shassle point me in the right direction?

Many thanks,

    hiya,

I tried to go down the email route. No joy. I then simply cancelled the the direct debit.

  • Be careful, they might try and sting you for a bill + charges down the line. Might be worth trying to cancel it the normal way as well, try and ring in a not so busy time, say 2pm on a Wednesday or something. And next time either a) dont take it out or b) cancel at the shop where you bought the gadget, use their phone line (some places like PCWorld even have a TechGuys outlet there).

Useless service, similar to that gadget helpline that comes with all mobiles these days at £7.99 a month for some idiot on the end of the phone to tell you how to turn your mobile on

That will simply result in getting your credit record trashed. Really not a good idea.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
