I do everything by internet banking, I'm with Natwest. I go into the branch and pay my change in (no hassle about incomplete bags of change either) and then pay it off my credit card on line.
I don't understand why some banks are so obstructive and have these pointless rules, their there to serve us the customer at the end of the day, really annoys me.

Want to do that with my mortgage. Have a mortgage which we are only allowed over 9 years, it is interest only as thats all we could afford. We have other assets to sell but as the recession has taken a hold , so have interest rates .So would like to concentrate on our mortgage paying off what we could afford as and when.
