    I usually manage to get up the bank once a week to pay my change in, but any spare money in my account left over for whatever reason gets paid off the Lloyds card straight away even if it's just 1p!

    I sent a 4th letter to Alton Towers this week asking if everyone in their customer care department is on strike as no one has the courtesy to answer my letters!
