    Morning Woo
I think :) Im back in the land of the living. I have been really depressed for a few weeks. Worst that I have been in a very long time. Beginning to see an empty nest approaching and my kids all heading towards independence. Will never let them know that it hurts so much and will let them spread their wings and fly!!!!!!!!! Tearful as I type. Got to give myself a good kick up the ars*e and get on with it. OH v supportive and kind. So hopefully get back on track this week. Only daughter away to volunteer in Eastern Europe with school this week. What a great opportunity for her.
Have been eating way too much and got to cut down.
Thats enough about moi!!!! How are you coping. Have been thinking about you :)
I agree with the price of petrol. Its ridiculous. I only drive when I really need to but living in a rural area unless you are willing to stay at home for a few days and make do with what you have..there is no bus service etc. Half term this week and one giant 6ft baby (15) is still in his bed ... hes getting up now or I will have to pull the duvet off him. That should work. If not I will open the window...its cold wet day here!

    Take care of yourself
