2011 Is the year of the people :-) I can see it now Richard Branson in uproar as all virgin customer reduce to an all time low it seems people are saving and paying more rather than a buy now pay later ... i have a work lunch today too - but i have to be a good girl this year as I have a client coming in at 4pm. Dont think hiccups and sluring tellig him "I love you, your my bestest ever client, you are" would go down as a terribly professional look.
