  • Am new to all this but wouldn't mind giving it a go! maybe start off with £5 a day please - how does it work if you earn nothing today and £10 2moro? does that count as 2 days worth or is it kinda cheating???:D
  • That's fine saxy, you just want to hit your total at the end of the month :)

Signing myself up after reaching my target for the first time in Feb, £5 for me

Hi saxysarah, as archersluck said, it doesn't matter if you don't make any money
one day, it is a cumulative amount, so you might make £30 one day, and that covers you for 6 days but we don't count it like that. It is just to incentivise you to try and make £5 a day. The more you make, the better for you. :)

Hi Sillyrabbit, I just update my signature whenever I make any money.

some people count money that they have "earnt" through MS and Cashback before it hits their account, others wait until is in their account. It is entirely upto you.

me, personally prefer to wait until it hits my account, as neither are guaranteed.

Thanks! Yes, I think I will do this - should make a nice headstart on it as I've got around £100 in CB coming into my account in the next few days hopefully :rotfl:

Got lots of bits to list on ebay, and loads of books that I'm deciding what to do with. They're paperbacks, so what would everyone recommend? Contemplating a carboot!

Some people sell their books here, Amazon.co.uk, play.com, Green Metropolis, see 1st page for links.

There are other places you could try, ie gumtree, ebay, preloved, etc, but that would involve getting them to collect, p&p, etc. so maybe carboot is a good idea, if you are selling other stuff too.

    Hi
Am a complete newbie to posting on the forums, although have been reading them and getting some good ideas, so have decided it is time to join in.

Can I start with £5 a day please for March? This is such a great idea.

Can I just check, I am thinking of selling some used books and DVDs - any recommendations whether Amazon or Ebay is better bet for this?

Essexbabe. Amazon better for both, probably, but check prices and how much they'll take in comission. Big advantage on amazon is that your listings stay up for ever, whereas on ebay you've got 7 days.

    Welcome!
