    £10 for me as well. I did well in Jan (£10 under budget though) and February is still rolling but I'm awaiting payments!

    I think you should as it is money made per day. The money you would have spent on cigarettes, you will now save by not buying them.

    Good luck with it. I gave up smoking 3 years ago and not touched one since.
