Eat lots of homemade ice lollies, if you have some lolly molds you can make them out of pure juice, fizzy pop/shandy, custard, ice cream, angel delight, mashed up fruit etc0

not an idea to cool us down but for our little furry pets. In the pet shop today i noticed that they had frozen bottles of water (2/2 litre size) lying down in the cages and the animals were lying next to them to keep cool. This may help your cat Fishface 69unneccesary spend challege £10 this week £4 petrol for day out0

Or for pets - a wet towel over dogs heads cools them down really quickly and if they keep them on you can laugh at them too (I do this with my parents dogs). I dont think cats are that patient/forgiving though. The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:1
