Ways to cool down so we don't end up spending money coz we're fed up!

Eat lots of homemade ice lollies, if you have some lolly molds you can make them out of pure juice, fizzy pop/shandy, custard, ice cream, angel delight, mashed up fruit etc

not an idea to cool us down but for our little furry pets. In the pet shop today i noticed that they had frozen bottles of water (2/2 litre size) lying down in the cages and the animals were lying next to them to keep cool. This may help your cat Fishface 69

Or for pets - a wet towel over dogs heads cools them down really quickly and if they keep them on you can laugh at them too (I do this with my parents dogs). I dont think cats are that patient/forgiving though.

A cup of tea is more thirst quenching than a cold drink and most carbonated drinks dehydrate rather than refresh
