Ok, if you're anything like me you get fed up and you're more likely to spend. So how about tips to keep cool.
A friend told me to put a frozen bottle of water in front of a fan (turned on of course) and it cools the air down rather than just circulating the warm air.
Any more chilli tips?

wrap your feet in a wet tea towel - I did this last night and it really cooled me down. I think its more effective if you do it to your head but I didnt want to go to bed with wet hair. The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0

Have a water fight... not very good due to hose pipe bans etc but works a treat and is fun and cheap too!
Oh and drop an icecube down your partner's/ work colleague's back... hee hee hee!
:heartpuls CG :heartpulsEver wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.0 -
Great idea for a thread!
I don't actually have any tips myself though, I have been struggling to keep cool myself these last couple of weeks so will be more than grateful for any tips.0 -

Lick your fingers then stroke your earlobes..... honest!!!
And breathe in through your rolled tongue..... honest!!!!!!A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

I've got visions of you all with tea towels wrapped round your head and feet, frozen and pillows and ice cubes in your bed. It's made me laugh and might go and try a few. Do you think I should warn my hubby?January budget

Put the underside of both wrists under cold running water for a few seconds, it really helps you to feel instantly cooler.0

I'll be the first muppet to admit trying this.
