bathe your feet in chilled water at the end of the day, cools down the burning sensation in your feet and changes the overall body temp'.

Think cool thoughts, can really have an effect if you imagine that every breeze be it real or from air con' is really cooling you down, eventually it will do.

I was going to hose down my 3 monsters but decided against it as the air turned rather chilly that night. But, when they're not looking

My top tip (and this is something I've been doing for years), if you live in a house: At night open the loft hatch.

As the air cools down at night but it's still hot in your house, the warm air will go up there and over the course of the night the cooler air drops back down in to the house and it help keep the house much cooler for the next day. If you go to work, or as soon as it heats up, shut the loft hatch again.

    MSE Aircon?

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
