Well I managed to get my crad done for my first DT spot - I found it really hard having to use things that I hadn't picked - I don't like my card at all but at least I managed to get it done on time - I've already started on next week's entry! Got my Mum and sister coming up to visit today which is clashing with when the sky man is due - he's putting a sky + box in our bedroom - I take ownership of the one downstairs so OH will now be able to tape loads for himself - probably hundreds of episodes of Road Wars!!! I think I'm going to try and make an xmas card later - there's loads of xmas challenges at the minute!!!
Lei-Armstrong - your love heart creations are gorgeous - I love your little box - and the colours that you've used are lovely - perfect for love hearts!!!!
Rusty - I bought loads of hanglar images from ebay ages ago - I might dig them out and have a go at colouring them - the ones that you've bought are lovely!
Giggle - your reindeer box and sweet bouquet are fabulous!!!0 -
It's a quickie from me before I dash off - I've run out of milk so no cuppas for me til I've been to the shops. Just had a phonecall from the hospital re my visit on Saturday and they've offered me an appointment tomorrow which has kind of unnerved me slightly. Can't get through to anyone to ask why it's been moved, hopefully it's cos they've just had a cancellation. Can't get hold of DH either!!!
Mel - thank you so much for my prize! There's is so much there and I love it all. I'm going to sit down at lunch time and go through all the lovely papers and images. x
PONR - welcome home - did you have a good time??0 -
morning
Lei that card is beutiful
Rusty those hanglars are gorgeous - worth the money. I don't have any but I feel ok to resist.
Gonna try and colour a sweetpea image today for a birthday on Friday and maybe a pennybalck one.0 -
WBR Thanks so much for the info on the printer. It sounds as though it will be just what I want. I was always worried that the papers I print might get smudged if anything wet was dropped on it - I've done it myself when having a glass of water on my desk, the condensation's dripped onto the paper! I'll check out some prices but thanks for the original link. Fingers crossed your fears about the hospital appointment being brought forward are unfounded. Try not to worry.
Artydoll I would never have guessed from the photo that you'd covered a cereal box! It really is pretty paper.
Giggle Your box looks good with the little message inside.
Liz Hope the car doesn't cost too much. I did all my ironing on Sunday when the weather was foul :rotfl: .
Mel Don't be so hard on yourself, I'm sure your DT card is lovely.
Right, that's my morning fix done, off to sort myself out now - I could do some washing - gosh isn't that exciting :rotfl: .0 -
