Thanks for the welcome everyone :)

Its too flipping hot today! Im hiding inside :D

JuJu sounds like that woman is a miserable pain lol!

Looks like lots of you win challenges so well done! Maybe when ive started making them and started getting good ill have a look at the challenges too....one step at a time though :)

Tomsmom thanks for the advice and the links :) Im in West Norfolk if anyone knows of any good craft shops around here?? I think we have a works in the next town so ill have a look in there next time we venture up there. Unfortunately for most things I have to make the most of online shopping :)

Ive had a quick look around and for starters it looks like I need a craft mat, a craft knife, sticky dots, and scissors....am I missing anything? Im going to buy a 'Lets make cards' magazine because it has lots of bits with it, so with that and those tools will I be good to go? And is it best to get those tools from ebay? Sorry about all the questions

The images that people colour in with promarkers look really great but im not sure I could do it, ive always been terrible at colouring in I think id make a right mess of them :(

Ive just googled reindeer food and it looks like a lovely idea :) im going to have to make some this year, we don't have children but ill just make it for me and my fiance lol :)

Giggle I think the boxes look great :)

Right im off to be nosey at your blogs, I hope none of you mind!

I think the box is really lovely. But so are the bags. I'm thinking that with the bag your customers can see what the reindeer food actually is but with the box they wouldn't know until they open the box IFSWIM. Could the box be made bigger and put an acetate window in so the food would be visible, 'cos it really is a lovely box.

The box does open up and as a little acetate window i did take a photo of it open but it wouldnt load to my p c time for a new phone i think :D
it is the same box as these http://stampingsharing.blogspot.com/2009/12/kids-xmas-treats.html

Hi these boxes and bags are great. Were they easy to make? They have given me ideas for Christmas (I know it is early) as I work in school I am always on the look out for ideas for small and fairly cheap gifts as I work with around 60 children so it soon becomes expensive.

    Thanks
