Well done to both winners :T. Wow someone's on a roll this week - buy a lottery ticket quick :j.0 -
Rainmac your little seed packets are fab!! I have made quite a few, thankyou for your inspiration xx I think they are a perfect gift for a child to give to the teacher, the ones in the blog are fabulous, but, the cost (must be £££) even if the M&S gift card is only a fiver, it makes them more of a gift from the parents and I'm not sure if I agree with that. As for the time, maybe having the right tools to hand and getting a production line going makes it easier. I love looking at her blog, she makes some wonderful things and always so professional looking, with beautiful presentation. I still prefer the seed packets!!
Here! Here! Flourgirl. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -

morning all and well done to all the winners! **** should DEFINITELY buy a lottery ticket, it's definitely your lucky week!!!!!!
sorry I've not been posting much recently, have been so unbelieveably busy and have had my mum & aunties here a few days during the week - they are very energetic and full of bounce which makes it hard to focus on anything else at all! I have been trying to keep up with blogs though!
I'm not really looking forward to going back to work next week either, although I am definitely feeling better and I know it's the sensible thing to do it's put me on a bit of a downer. I'm trying to focus on the fact that hopefully it will only be for a few weeks and I just need to get through it and try and chat to the 'nice' people while I'm there!
anyway enough of that on this lovely sunny day, got to get my act together for the school fair tomorrow! going down to the school later with my auntie to see where my table will be and how big the tables are etc so we can sort of plan the set-up. I am so nervous its crazy!0 -

Welcome Emzy and kms stick around 'cos this is one fabby bunch of card makers.
Well, I didn't win a sausage yesterday, put all my faith in Franki Detorri and even when he was wearing the purple hat he came in last.
Still, it was a wonderful day and so good to see all those fabulous hats.
I might go and commisserate with the spendy elves:D Rusty, fab HM stamp! Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
Welcome Emzy & kms!
Well Done to our well deserved :jwinners:j
Wifey - Glad you had a good day even if you didn't win. You're sure to get a better return from any spends today! Can I ask please when you tied the buttons on my swap card what did you use & where can I get some? (I got what I thought was that once on the net & it was like thick rope when it arrived!)
Gemma - very best of luck with your fair - I bet you sell out, your makes are lovely. I reckon after the first couple of hours back at work it won't be too bad at all - when I've left jobs I hated I was amazed that they didn't seem too bad at all once I knew I was going! (& presumably if you don't feel up to it on Monday morning just go back to the doctors - he's seemed supportive).
No sunshine here, it's not cold but it is grey.0 -
