Hope you're feeling better about the house now Scatty - must have been a shock - bit like the hotel we went to in the Dominican Republic being on Watchdog :o I'm not allowed to pick holidays any more :rotfl::rotfl:

Craftygranny - can you find someone else to hold the stamps while you take pics of them tomorrow - am concerned for Princess K's health and safety when she disappears under all that wood.

I'm surprised you hadn't found Little Claire's Melissa :p - their wording peel offs are great for me who can't be bothered to stamp one :rotfl::rotfl:

Have been enjoying watching you all spend - am deffo going to Doncaster on Sunday - am writing a list and going to jot down prices so I don't pay over the odds - think I've forgotten how to spend money :rotfl::rotfl:

    Have blogged todays cards
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

aww i'm not i just knew you like a bargain so i thought you'd have been. I'm in their stamp club and it gets you 10% off anything else so i bought quite a few of my promarkers from there . I like their embossing folders and losing the battle not to buy them :rotfl:

My o/h doesn't complain too much as i don't really go anywhere unless it's carly's or my own hospital appointments or buy anything apart from craft stuff.

Shall i be a devil and blog my wood mounted ones tomorrow :rotfl:

will they all fit on one photo or will it have to be an aerial pic? :rotfl:

    Hello

Not had chance to do any catching up yet but hope everyone is well and enjoying this wonderful weather. Life is most definately getting in the way of getting on here at the mo but to destress I have managed to make a couple of cards the last couple of days so I'm a happy bunny.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you Rainmac for sending me the rose and the stamped images they are wonderful.. I have spent tonight making my friends baby card and that image is just so cute. I managed to nip to Asda today and got some bits and bobs for having a go at a nappy cake for her. Not sure when I will get it made yet as we are supposed to be going to the caravan tomorrow night and DD has friend here in the morning and DS has a friend round after school, C'est La Vie.

Right bed is calling and I'm a listening.

    Night all X

Just popping in to say hi. I haven't had time for anything the last few days as have been up at my parents a few times. Hopefully I will catch up on here in the next couple of days - next doors builders permitting :D

Tired Mom - are you going on sunday, and if so, what time? TIA

Decided to try and catch up a couple of pages first. Would love to go on Sunday but don't think we will be back from the caravan in time so haven't registered. If we do end up coming back early I may pop down and see if she has space, it would be the 7.00 one.

Dragonllew - got home tonight to find your fantastic stash parcel :j Thank you very much, it's lovely. Sadly, I haven't got yours posted yet but I did find some nice bits to include yesterday in a cake decorating shop!! Hope to have a bit of time tomorrow.

Craftygranny - yes please I'd love to see your stamp mountain.

Lei - thank you for that. I can see I start the day OK but my sandwich lunch is where I start to go wrong and it just gets worse.... at tea time but I've been inspired & there's loads of lettuce in the garden.

Sorry to hear about your house shock ScattyJan, hope you can find a way to resolve it without further upset and you can go ahead with your move.

Artydoll - Welcome! Love the crafty stuff on your blog.

Padster - Well done on your stash diet. Hope you enjoy the show @ Doncaster look forward to seeing what you buy.

Rusty - have you heard from your CD lady yet?

Has anyone 'seen' Hassy since she went to get her son from Uni? Hope you're OK.
  • Welcome Artydoll - you have some lovely makes on your blog.

Dragonllew thank you so much for the sweet card and stamped images. I'd forgotten to be honest so it was a lovely suprise :D

Marg it's really not as bad or as little as you'd think especially when you get used to it! Bread used to be my down fall especially fresh bread but when you think about it a sandwich is like 400 calories and you could have a weight watchers meal and weight watchers pudding (they're really yummy) for the same amount!

I've actually been crafting tonight but haven't been allowed to play with my Craft Robo :(

That sounds great. I have been looking for one myself, where did you get yours from?

I bought it from this seller on ebay skibo111 . He's lovely he was emailing me all morning as i asked for a butterfly and he usually does cats, flowers and hearts and i liked his butterfly but couldn't find it as this sort.

Padster kaitlyn will be quite safe whilst i photograph the wooden ones as i have already sorted those and sent lots to Kaitlyns Nursery . Now they are safely stored away in sets of plastic drawers stacked skyscraper style. So unless i pose her at the bottom she'll be fine. lol. I'm nearly finished sorting these now but then i found another bag full oops.

Nici i bought the eastern promise and the cake papers in the range a few weeks ago but they had nothing else from either range so i ordered the stamps for both and some stickers and things yesterday from every crafts a pound . The stamps were more than a pound though lol. but the stickers were only 99p. Postage is a lot but i did buy quite a bit. ssshhh don't tell.
