Nici - glad you are feeling brighter today - keep smiling. I'm sure you look great in your summer dress, maybe it lifted your mood abit today.

Good morning everyone - I'm never up early and I expect it's hardly morning any more to some of you early birds!

Postie's been with my PMs :T, also got my DST so I can now get on with a card if I have a mind to.

ScattyJan Happy Birthday, have a wonderful day. I can't see you on the birthday list (should you be there and I missed something???) so I'm sorry I didn't get a card off to you, I've managed everyone on the list up to now.

TomsMum - sorry to hear of your computer woes, are you able to leave it on all the time? I only suggest leaving it on as I had a similar problem with my old one and yes, it did fail eventually. Luckily my tech chap managed to get everything I needed off it & I hope you have time to get yours sorted.
Yes Marg, we do leave it on all the time. Goes on around breakfast time and goes off at bed time. Only time we switch it off, if we're in, is if there's a power cut as that has caused problems in the past when the power comes back on and our clever computer guy (CCG) advised to always turn off as soon as the power goes off. OH went window shopping on the 'net last night with CCG and made a note of what to look out for so I think he's going to take his advice and get a new one when he finds something at the right price. CCG says to email details to him first and he will advise whether to get it. He's already given advice of ones not to buy.

Right, I'd better get my botty in gear, get on with my jobs then catch up on blogs.

Toms Mum - ScattyJan wasn't on the original list - she is now! along with a couple of others. Sorry, I haven't quite worked out how to deal with amendments/additions, so have just added them as they've come up with the idea of re-issuing the list every few months. Despite my paranoia (sp?) I'm toying with the idea of including email addresses next time as in boxes on here fill up so quick.

Nici - Glad you are feeling a bit brighter today, hope the spiral is on the way up.

I've just managed to catch up on everything today after being out all day on Weds - the house was a complete dump!!! We're off to Chester Zoo tomorrow - so I've just finished buttering and filling 16 cobs and printing off a voucher that gets one of the kids in free!!! While I was looking for vouchers I found a section on MoneySupermarket.Com that I didn't realise existed for vouchers and its very good - I found some more money off ones for quite a few places to take the kids - every bit helps - I can't believe how expensive every where is now! Anyway here's a link:
    http://www.moneysupermarket.com/vouchers/

Rusty - I didn't see much in the way of advertising for Dora or Diego but I did notice in one of the shops they were selling a lot of their merchandise. I think you can say that your mojo has definately returned and is back with avengeance!!! All your cards are lovely but I think my favourite is the baby pushing the pram - I really like the colours that you've used on this one and the border at the bottom is so pretty.

Thanks for the link, I shall keep an eye out for when we head out on a day out :j saw the advert again yesterday so wonder whats happening ... maybe I should go and visit the gift shop all that diego stock in one place DD would have a field day!

Thanks for the comments on my card :) means a lot

Enjoy your day at the Zoo! I think Chester will be the next one we visit with the children! I haven't been since I was a child!

Thewife - Eek you must be tired today!! ... you should have said I could have sent you a key and you could have come and done my housework whilst DD and I slept! I would have paid your fuel and time in cake! :rotfl:

Glittermum - Thanks, I hope so!! had a very patronising letter from the consultant this morning ... not sure what he is thinking but half of his letter just said things he never even mentioned to me when I was there!! ... oh and that I need to lose weight! what a moron! :rotfl: Hope you are well?

Happy birthday Scattyjan! - Hope you have a fabulous day!! :j here is a cake/s I baked specially!

    big-cake758.jpg

Nici - That sounds promising, crafting could well help cheer you up, I am sure you look lovely!! and who cares what anyone else thinks!! as for fluids, mine is about 2 litres of water still to go!! .... wonder if I can save lots of that til later on so I am not heavier on them scales?

Tomsmum - lovely to see you back, glad the pooter man could fix it, but like you say the end is near, time to check for special offers on new computers :)

Ali - hope your sons hearing test went ok.

OH is on his way home, I have flung open the doors and I shall do a bit of cleaning once I have caught up on PM's and blogs! Hope everyone has a good day! :) xxx

Oh! Cripes! My post from this morning was edited and the link to my blog removed, slapped wrists! :o C'mon, MSE forum patrol! It was 4.30 in the morning!

Anyway I have blogged another card and there is no link in this post.

I just might be a rascal and highlight some text in blue :D

Our book man we have has just brought the latest selection and I've bought 24 silicon cupcake cases for £7.00, a bit of MSE there as the place up in the Lake District is charging the same for 8

Glittermum your notelets are boootiful, I love the gorgeous blue papers, they remind me of Delft (sp) china. Sorry about the comment on your sons card, my son Dave has been using my computer and left himself signed in!! I dont want you to think your littlie has a male stalker :)
