Bunbun your new home card is lovely, how cute is the little house!

The wife your mouse card is gorgeous!

I havent made much in the way of cards this weekend, I've got plenty of ideas and a notebook full of things I want to get! I went to a local craft fayre today and managed to pick up some lovely card toppers/flowers and cardstock for 20p each, also saw some lovely bookmarks and gift-tag ideas which I hope I will follow through! I'm still in 2 minds about what to do about scalloped circles, do I buy the punch! Had quite a shock when I saw how much they were in the Range!

Rainmac your teacher thank you card is lovely, thank you so much for the offer, I am willing to pay for the stamped images, I will PM you.

Addams I second the recommendation of Choccy and WBR, Lou gets them to you in no time at all.

TomsMom. thanks for the heads up on the challenge on the Promarkers blog, off to post a link.

    Evening all :)

Sorry but things have been so manic, I forgot to thank tired mom for the beautiful card for DD, she absolutely loves it and thinks you are clever for putting her on a card! :rotfl:

Have been reading and looking at blogs, wow there are some beautiful makes out there on your blogs ladies, really inspirational!

Thankyou for all the birthday wishes for the birthday girl yesterday and hope craftyjuju had a fab day aswell :D

Choccy - Sent you an email earlier :)

Also I have started another blog, may not be of any interest to anyone but it might keep me on the straight and narrow as I started back on the cambridge diet today ... so far so good! .... I got weighed on saturday and in the 4 weeks of being off the diet I only put on 1/2llb!! I was amazed but hopefully it will keep me going! anyhoo blog is here, please don't feel you have to follow and I haven't put on my weight on there yet, but I may well do so when feeling a bit braver! OH is only 2llb off losing 3 stone in 5 weeks!

Anyone planning to let the spendy elves come out to play at lilli of the valley tomorrow? or even midnight tonight? I think I want 4 of 5 of them but not all of them so tempted to stay up and order when they are released? not really sure though?

Also can I ask if anyone has made a card which has been heavily laden with gems? I am thinking of trying to make a football shirt shaped card but used silver and black gems to try and make it look like a newcastle united shirt for OH for fathers day but not sure if it will be too heavy? Can anyone give any advice please?

Also apologies for craftyjuju I didn't post you a card!! I am so rubbish but will pop it in the post tomorrow I am so sorry I am so useless at things at the minute.

Glittermum - didn't get chance to comment on your card, red and black, the stamp is beautiful, could you tell me where you got it from please? your card is so pretty.

    Hope everyone is ok?

Sorry I promise to try and keep up a bit better.

  • :j:jhad another fab sale today, i cant belive that yet again the nearly the whole village turned out (in the rain:eek:) for lilly's sale and just on the card stall took £74.88 and an order for 20 tea bag invites @ £1.50 each  but of corse they know the money is for lilly's fund so they dident even question the price. the book marks went down a treat and so did the packs of note books, papper clips and pegs @ 3.99 each i think the teachers may be getting some of the same gifts at the end of yaer (never mind).

thank you all so much again!!!!!!!XXX
